PROFITS FOR THE SOUL.
I’ve had the honor of working with several non-profit companies in Austin, Texas who are all out to change the world for the better. One of the biggest challenges non-profits face is maximizing their fundraising potential. Video has proven to be a very useful tool in these pursuits.
It is sometimes difficult to accurately measure the success of video campaigns in the for-profit world of marketing, advertising and promotion. In the non-profit world however, there is a very tangible return on investment. I have witnessed firsthand a 4-minute video play in a large banquet hall full of donors, and as the video ended, the pledge paddles went up. In less time than the video was on screen, several hundred thousand dollars was pledged. This money went directly to helping break the cycle of child abuse in Central Texas.
